Job description
Revolut is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead its Credit vertical, one of the most complex and high-impact areas of its business. The role involves building credit products (loans, BNPL, credit cards) from scratch and managing distributed engineering teams globally. The leader will own product architecture, drive technical excellence, and partner closely with Product, Data, and Operations teams. This role is crucial to scaling secure, efficient, and innovative credit systems while maintaining Revolut’s high-performance culture and pushing the boundaries of fintech innovation.
