Job description
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law shapes much of the contract work for this specialist at Hill International. Contract documents are reviewed for legal and regulatory compliance, and terms are negotiated to protect the company while keeping risk low. Multi-discipline construction projects bring prime contracts and subcontracts that need forming and administering from initiation through modifications, extensions and closeout. Deliverables, milestones and payments are tracked closely, and contract risks are identified early with practical solutions. Project managers and other stakeholders come to you for guidance on contract matters, while complex issues are resolved with legal counsel. Templates and standard operating procedures for contracts are developed and maintained with internal teams. Accurate contract files and documentation support every decision. A Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 10 years in contracts management are required, with demonstrated experience in pricing, contract law, drafting, change order negotiation, and planning and scheduling. Excellent Arabic and English, written and spoken, are essential.
