Key responsibilities
- Perform Commercial Project Management activities and tasks for the assigned Projects Portfolio
- Drive end-to-end commercial execution and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Manage contract and claim processes with clients and subcontractors
- Monitor project KPIs such as revenue, billing plans, margins, and cashflow
- Evaluate and report risks and opportunities within projects
- Ensure accurate cost planning and resolve discrepancies in committed and actual costs
- Process financial transactions including purchase orders, invoices, debit/credit notes in SAP
- Verify bills and maintain payment records for subcontractors
- Coordinate with treasury regarding bonds, guarantees, and letters of credit
- Monitor equipment procurement and shipping schedules
- Support financial compliance and documentation for smooth subcontractor payments
Experience & skills
- Minimum Bachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- At least 7 years of experience in commercial project management
- Past experience with Siemens is a plus
- Proficiency in SAP is required
- Strong understanding of IFRS, FRG, and accounting standards
- CPM@Siemens certification is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high-pressure deadlines
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
