The Multi-Property Sales Manager participates in sales calls with the sales team to acquire new business and close on business, and executes and supports operational aspects of booked business including proposal generation, contract writing, and customer correspondence. The role leverages knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue by identifying new business opportunities to achieve personal and location revenue goals, understanding competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand, and selling against competitive positioning.
