Job description
Alghanim Industries' finance team in Jeddah relies on clear, accurate analysis to understand what drives the business, and this analyst position sits right inside that team. Getting to grips with those value drivers comes first, since every piece of reporting builds on them. From there you create analytics around key performance indicators, covering business performance, the Balance scorecard, budgets and forecasts, market and revenue analysis, and promotions and pricing. Capital expenditure approvals, cash flow and working capital, cost levels and customer profitability are also in scope. Each month, your analysis feeds the management reports that show continuing and developing trends. Business planning and forecasting cycles need your support, and project work or specialist ad hoc reporting will come up as well. Over time, business managers should come to see you as a trusted partner whose analysis helps them make decisions. A CA, CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent qualification is required, along with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in finance and sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts. Previous experience with ERP systems would be useful.
