Smart Cities, Digital Twin, smart building systems and IoT/OT platforms all sit within the digital products this Senior Associate owns across Aldar's Digital Engineering portfolio. You take products from conceptualization through planning, development, testing and launch, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to improve customer retention and adoption. Product strategy and roadmap decisions get shaped alongside stakeholders to drive year on year growth. Go-to-market campaigns run in partnership with Sales and Marketing, keeping business and product strategy aligned. Development and Design teams collaborate closely on executing the product vision, while consultants, vendors and system integrators get coordinated to deliver against agreed scope, timelines and quality. Market research and UX research inform ongoing competitive analysis, and success gets measured and shared through business intelligence tools, modern reporting and town hall presentations. BIM and GIS teams get looped in wherever spatial or asset data feeds Digital Twin and operational use cases. Large scale, bug free releases get delivered on time and on budget, with potential problems solved proactively alongside other teams to avoid unnecessary conflict. Data, analytics and intuition all combine to help drive product decisions across the portfolio.
