- Monitor real-time workforce performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve staffing efficiency and service delivery outcomes.
- Analyze workforce data and prepare reports on performance indicators, attendance, scheduling efficiency, and service levels for management review.
- Collaborate with team leaders and operational managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and optimize workforce allocation across shifts and departments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee schedules, attendance, and performance data within workforce management systems.
- Identify workforce trends and contribute recommendations for process improvements in forecasting, scheduling, and operational efficiency.
Experience & skills
- Apply foundational knowledge of workforce management, scheduling, forecasting, and capacity planning within operational environments.
- Demonstrate 1–2 years of experience in workforce management, scheduling, or related analytical or operational roles.
- Use Microsoft Excel and workforce management software tools to analyze data, build reports, and support operational decision-making.
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in workforce data handling and reporting.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams including team leaders and operations management.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
