Job description
Transguard Group is seeking a Senior Manager â Solutions to lead its Technical Solutions team under the Integrated Facilities Services division. Based in the companyâs Dubai HQ at DAFZA, the role encompasses strategic, operational, and client-facing responsibilities. The candidate will be tasked with crafting competitive FM technical and commercial solutions, guiding tender strategy, leading team performance, and driving customer satisfaction through innovation and cost-effective proposals. A solid engineering background in mechanical or electrical disciplines is essential, with proven leadership experience in the UAE FM sector.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Technical Solutions team within Integrated Facilities Services
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies for FM tenders
- Oversee and review commercial proposal development for FM projects
- Present solutions and pricing strategies to senior management and clients
- Conduct lost bid analysis and refine strategy to improve win ratio
- Align proposed solutions with client expectations and business objectives
- Drive customer engagement and relationship building for long-term satisfaction
- Lead mobilization of projects post contract award as required
- Collaborate with internal departments (commercial, procurement, legal) for tender submissions
- Ensure resource capacity planning aligns with current and forecasted bid demands
- Promote the integration of technology in service solutions to reduce cost and improve quality
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the Facilities Management industry
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within FM solutions or technical management
- Strong technical knowledge of FM processes, MEP systems, and UAE regulations
- Proficiency in developing detailed technical and financial FM proposals
- Demonstrated capability in client management and project mobilization
- Analytical skills for bid loss evaluation and strategic realignment
- Expertise in risk mitigation, SLA analysis, and reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
