Job description
The Manager – Cybersecurity OT Governance at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining a robust cybersecurity governance framework for the organization’s Operational Technology (OT) environment. The role focuses on safeguarding OT systems by ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations, standards, and industry best practices while integrating cybersecurity into all operational processes. The position leads OT risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, develops mitigation strategies, and continuously monitors the effectiveness of governance policies and procedures. The role collaborates closely with IT, operational teams, and external stakeholders such as auditors and regulatory bodies to align cybersecurity controls with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include implementing governance frameworks aligned with standards such as NIST and ISA/IEC 62443, driving cybersecurity awareness and training programs for OT personnel, monitoring emerging OT cyber threats, and adapting governance strategies to enhance resilience and security across OT operations within a fast-paced, high-impact infrastructure environment.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity governance framework for Operational Technology environments
- Conduct OT cybersecurity risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and define mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations, standards, and best practices applicable to OT systems
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams to integrate cybersecurity controls into OT management practices
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of OT governance policies and procedures and recommend improvements
- Facilitate cybersecurity awareness and training programs for OT personnel
- Engage with auditors and regulatory bodies to support compliance and governance requirements
- Track emerging OT cybersecurity threats and adapt governance strategies accordingly
Experience & skills
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, or compliance with focus on Operational Technology
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of OT cybersecurity frameworks and standards such as NIST and ISA/IEC 62443
- Exhibit proven experience conducting OT risk assessments and implementing cybersecurity strategies
- Hold or be eligible for certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CGEIT
