Job description
The Senior Engineer – Systems Integration will be responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and commissioning of advanced security systems including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, ANPR, perimeter security, and security management platforms. The role involves managing project engineering and installation teams, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards, and coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. This position requires technical expertise in security platforms, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to oversee projects from concept to commissioning while ensuring client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
- Monitor project budgets on resources and equipment to avoid overspend.
- Engage with clients to understand security challenges, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with pre-sales, engineering, and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide training and guidance to clients and end-users on system operation and maintenance.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Lead design, engineering, and implementation of integrated security systems for large-scale projects.
- Manage project engineers and installation teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and commissioning of security solutions.
- Monitor performance and progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.
- Provide technical support to engineers, installation teams, and subcontractors.
- Ensure systems meet regulatory certification and industry standards.
- Identify process improvements, efficiency gains, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Stay updated on advancements in security technology and recommend improvements.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in security system integration (design, implementation, support).
- In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, LDAP, ONVIF.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Genetec, LenelS2, Milestone, Axis Communications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
- Project management experience is an advantage.
- Industry certifications such as SIRA or MCC are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours.
