Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, this role is responsible for planning and executing warehouse-to-store replenishments, managing inventory health, and acting as the on-ground extension of the central planning team. The Supply Planner will maintain planning parameters in RELEX, track and optimize stock flows, and ensure accurate system data. As a key operational role, the planner will coordinate daily with warehouse, logistics, and store teams, while representing supply chain planning in market-level activities and providing feedback to central teams on local trends, new product launches, and promotional impacts.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute warehouse-to-store replenishments for all KSA retail and e-commerce stores.
- Ensure product flows align with central supply plans, adjusting deployment for local events, pop-ups, and sell-through performance.
- Maintain and monitor store-level planning parameters in RELEX (safety stock, lead times, order parameters).
- Track inventory levels and stock aging across KSA warehouse and stores, ensuring balanced distribution.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for stock availability issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate daily with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor order creation, shipments, and deliveries.
- Escalate and resolve local operational challenges impacting product availability.
- Represent supply chain planning in KSA market-level meetings, providing feedback on promotions and trends to central planning.
- Ensure data accuracy in RELEX and related systems in collaboration with IT and master data teams.
- Track KPIs including store availability, replenishment accuracy, and inventory cover, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in supply planning or inventory management, preferably in retail or FMCG.
- Proficiency in planning tools such as RELEX, SAP, Oracle, and advanced Excel/Power BI skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Attention to detail, ownership, and focus on execution.
- Strong communication and responsiveness to dynamic retail operations.
