Job description
Procurement at Master Works runs out of the Riyadh headquarters within the Executive Sector, and this Senior Specialist role covers the process from first requirement to final delivery. Supplier sourcing comes first, gathering competitive quotations and comparing them on price, quality, specifications and delivery terms. Negotiation follows, with the aim of securing the best prices and commercial terms available. Once a supplier is chosen, you prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow them through until goods and services arrive on time. Record keeping matters a great deal here, covering purchases, invoices, receipts, POs and supplier documentation. Finance and other departments rely on you for coordination on payments, approvals and procurement requirements. Ongoing supplier relationships and performance monitoring sit with the role, as does compliance with procurement policies, financial controls and approval procedures. The position suits someone with 6 or more years in procurement or purchasing, and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
