Reckitt is seeking a Detailing & Route-to-Market (RTM) Manager based in Dubai to lead medical detailing and healthcare professional engagement strategies across consumer health and pharmaceutical categories. The role sits within the marketing organization and focuses on developing strategic communication programs targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) to drive awareness, recommendation, and advocacy of Reckittās hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. The Detailing & RTM Manager is responsible for designing and implementing go-to-market (GTM) planning based on HCP segmentation and brand priorities, ensuring coverage and frequency targets, and managing all medical detailing activities in compliance with company standards and local regulations. The role involves driving operational efficiency through process optimization, resource allocation, and performance tracking, while leading and coaching the field detailing team to achieve execution excellence. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, tracking KPIs such as call quality, coverage, frequency, and HCP recommendation impact, and collaborating with marketing, medical affairs, and sales teams to ensure scientific accuracy and brand consistency. The role also requires maintaining relationships with key healthcare professionals and opinion leaders, supporting brand advocacy, and delivering data-driven insights to senior management for continuous improvement. The position requires experience in pharmaceutical or consumer health industries, strong understanding of HCP engagement strategies, compliance requirements, CRM tools, MS Office, clinical data interpretation, medical marketing, digital activation to HCPs, route-to-market strategy, channel strategy, customer relationship management, key account management, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, medical affairs, and sales teams.

Key responsibilities
- Design and implement monthly go-to-market (GTM) planning for the detailing team based on HCP segmentation, brand priorities, and route-to-market strategies to maximize healthcare professional engagement
- Ensure coverage and frequency targets are achieved by monitoring detailing activities, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing healthcare professional engagement strategies
- Own all medical detailing activities in the market ensuring compliance with Reckitt standards, local regulations, and healthcare compliance requirements
- Drive operational efficiency through process optimization, resource allocation, and performance tracking across detailing teams
- Lead, coach, and develop detailing team members to achieve execution excellence and improve productivity
- Track and analyze detailing KPIs including call quality, coverage, frequency, and impact on healthcare professional recommendations
- Collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, and sales teams to ensure scientific accuracy, brand consistency, and alignment with business objectives
- Maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals and opinion leaders to support brand advocacy and deliver insights to senior management
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorās degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or related field with MBA preferred
- Possess 5ā7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer health industry including minimum 3 years in medical detailing or field force management
- Demonstrate experience in go-to-market planning, HCP segmentation, and route-to-market strategy execution
- Show strong understanding of healthcare professional engagement strategies and compliance requirements
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and data analysis platforms for performance tracking
- Possess experience in medical marketing, clinical sales, and customer relationship management
- Demonstrate ability to track KPIs including call quality, coverage, frequency, and HCP engagement impact
- Show experience working cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and sales teams to align strategies
