Job description
The role focuses on selling Salesforce Service Cloud, a cloud-based customer service application built on the Salesforce platform that enables omnichannel customer service via phone, email, web chat, CTI, and social media. The Account Executive is responsible for driving awareness, cultivating customer relationships, and formulating sales strategies for Service Cloud, Service & Support, Call Center Applications, and Field Service Management solutions. The position emphasizes revenue growth, penetration of the existing customer base, and acquisition of new commercial customers. The AE works closely with core account executives and broader account teams to consult customers on Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities, improve customer service efficiency, and guide organizations toward achieving their service-related business goals. The environment is fast-paced and team-oriented, requiring strong sales experience in software, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage competing priorities. The role sits within Salesforce, the global CRM leader utilizing CRM, Service Cloud, and Customer 360 technologies.
