The Business Intelligence Manager at IFZA Dubai is responsible for driving business value through advanced data initiatives, analytics, and systematic improvements across the organization. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing scalable and secure data systems that support departmental growth and expansion into new locations. The position requires ownership of end-to-end data projects, from ideation and modeling to deployment and maintenance, while delivering actionable insights to executive management through consolidated performance dashboards and root cause analysis. The Business Intelligence Manager works closely with Sales, Operations, IT, and other cross-functional teams to align data strategies with overall business objectives and optimize the use of CRM, analytics platforms, and integrated applications such as Zoho One. The role combines strong technical expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling with business acumen, project leadership, and a hands-on approach in a dynamic, fast-growing free zone environment.
