Job description
Join Amazon's MENA Product team to drive data-driven improvements in customer return experiences in a dual role combining quality assurance testing with product analytics. The Product Quality Analyst (L3), based in Dubai, UAE and open to Emirati Nationals only, executes test cases for returns experience features across desktop and mobile platforms; identifies and documents bugs, usability issues, and customer experience gaps; validates end-to-end returns flows including refund processing, return shipping labels, and customer communications; and creates and maintains test documentation for returns experience features. On the analytics side, the role analyzes returns data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement; creates and maintains dashboards to track key performance metrics; generates regular reports on returns experience metrics and customer satisfaction; conducts A/B testing analysis to measure feature impact; provides data-driven recommendations to improve the returns experience; and supports business decisions with quantitative analysis. Experience & skills
- Eligibility: Emirati Nationals only.
- Fluency in English (speak, write, and read) with the ability to take direction in English.
- Knowledge of Excel to refine data and prepare business reports.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
