Wood is seeking an experienced Lead Flow Assurance Engineer to join its Production Optimization team within the Digital Consulting business unit in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing complete flow assurance projects and studies, supervising teams of engineers, ensuring quality deliverables, and serving as the main point of contact with clients. The position requires strong technical expertise in flow assurance and process disciplines, project management skills, and extensive experience with flow assurance software such as OLGA, Pipesim, Multiflash, and Leda Flow. Additional responsibilities include developing project scopes, supporting proposals and tenders, leading technical meetings, ensuring compliance with quality management systems, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates must have a proven track record of delivering projects in Oil & Gas, knowledge of process engineering tools such as Hysys and Unisim, and awareness of process safety and risk management.
