Job description
The Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead at Property Finder is responsible for supporting and enhancing the performance of the SDR team by coaching individual team members, managing team operations, and collaborating with sales managers to drive acquisition and conversion metrics. Reporting to the SDR Team Lead, the role involves holding regular cadence and one-on-one meetings, providing data-driven performance updates, influencing strategy to improve workflow, and actively shadowing senior leadership to develop and implement growth strategies. The position requires frequent collaboration across teams and occasional travel between office locations. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in enterprise sales, customer engagement, and leadership within SaaS, digital, or real estate technology domains. Fluency in Arabic and English, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and data tools are essential.

Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop SDR team members through close collaboration and support
- Conduct weekly team meetings and regular cadence meetings with stakeholders
- Provide weekly updates and ensure team KPIs and goals are consistently met
- Hold one-on-one performance meetings with each team member on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with sales managers to meet new acquisition targets
- Influence strategy to optimize SDR workflow and team efficiency
- Shadow SDR Team Lead and Sales Team Leads to identify business growth strategies
- Manage day-to-day administration and operational tasks of the SDR team
Experience & skills
- Have 3–5+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
- Demonstrate understanding of the real estate industry and enterprise client servicing
- Possess strong analytical skills for evaluating market and team performance data
- Exhibit strong time management and organizational skills
- Show problem-solving abilities to resolve customer complaints effectively
- Be highly proficient with Google Sheets and Slides
- Hold a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a science-related field
- Have experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Preferably have prior experience in real estate, media, tech, software, advertising, or marketplace-based businesses
