Job description
The SAP SuccessFactors Techno-Functional Consultant is responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a strong focus on Payroll modules. Based in Dubai, this contract role requires a professional who can bridge business and technical teams, ensuring smooth implementation, integration, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors systems. The consultant will support transformation initiatives, system enhancements, and operational support while collaborating closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams.

Key responsibilities
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Payroll modules
- Translate business requirements into system solutions
- Support integrations between SuccessFactors and HR/payroll systems
- Perform system configuration and optimization activities
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting
- Support system implementations and enhancements
- Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders
- Provide technical and functional support
- Assist in transformation and upgrade projects

Experience & skills
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors including Payroll modules.
- Proven techno-functional consulting experience in SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, testing, and implementation.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with payroll and HR systems.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience supporting HR transformation or system upgrade projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience troubleshooting and supporting HRIS systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
