Job description
Scalable, reliable data pipelines and data products supporting analytics, AI and business self-service are what this Senior Data Engineer role is built to deliver. You work across cloud data platforms, operational systems and integration services, helping create a trusted, secure and high-quality enterprise data environment. Batch and streaming pipelines get built alongside data lakes and lakehouses, APIs and event-driven integrations. Python and SQL form the backbone of the work, supported by solid ETL/ELT practices and data modelling. Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS or GCP get used hands-on depending on the platform in play. Data quality, observability, lineage and CI/CD stay front of mind across every pipeline built. AI/ML data workloads get supported where relevant, adding another layer to the analytics and AI initiatives this role contributes to. This is a hands-on seat, with real opportunity to build modern data capabilities from the ground up.
