You will produce scope of works services for tender documentation, considering the client's existing framework agreements with consultants and the project brief developed by the appointed LDC. You are responsible for overseeing the client-appointed LDC activities and coordinating designs across project stages to align with project objectives, monitoring design progress, LDC deliverables, and client and statutory approvals. You will manage, document, coordinate, and stage design reviews and audit designs for compliance with design briefs, risk and value analyses, and quality and HSE plans, and you will compile the Stage Gateway report at the end of each RIBA Stage. Your responsibilities include reviewing design documents to ensure they align with previously approved versions without unauthorized changes, evaluating the necessity and feasibility of design changes, and recommending outcomes for client consideration. You will assist the PMC in ensuring the LDC Cost Manager cooperates on cost estimates, value engineering studies, and constructability studies.
