Job description
A global company is seeking a high-impact Marketing Lead for the Middle East to develop and execute strategic industry marketing initiatives and targeted account-based programs. Based in Dubai, this role will collaborate closely with local and global marketing teams, sales leadership, and top-tier clients to deliver impactful campaigns that generate Marketing Driven Pipeline (MDP) and Marketing Matured ACV (MMA). The ideal candidate brings at least 6 years of experience in industry or ABM marketing, is bilingual in Arabic and English, and demonstrates exceptional stakeholder management, organizational agility, and execution capability. This position offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment focused on building visibility, driving engagement, and contributing directly to revenue growth.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify key industries and accounts and align marketing efforts
- Plan and execute key industry events to engage target audiences and generate leads
- Develop and implement top accounts strategies and programs to target high-value accounts and drive engagement across the Middle East region
- Deliver on marketing KPIs and articulate marketingās impact on business goals, primarily Marketing Driven Pipeline (MDP) and Marketing Matured ACV (MMA)
- Effectively manage budget and resources to optimise impact for the business
Experience & skills
- Marketing lead with 6+ years of marketing experience in industry and ABM marketing
- Strong and effective communicator and collaborator across all levels of the organisation
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong situational awareness and tact in addressing problems and proposing solutions
- Highly driven with strong execution focus and resourcefulness
- Ability to quickly understand company, customer, product messaging and industry trends
