Job description
The Marketing Specialist â Off Plan at haus & haus in Dubai is a pivotal role within the Marketing team, focusing on launching and promoting new property developments in one of the most competitive real estate markets. The position requires close collaboration with the Off Plan Marketing Manager, Lead Generation Specialist, and wider marketing team to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns. The role includes briefing copywriters, designers, and production teams to create social, digital, video, and event content, while managing campaign execution using tools such as Monday.com. The specialist will ensure fresh Off Plan content across web and social channels, track performance metrics, and provide optimisation insights. Responsibilities also include supporting agents with branded templates, content ideas, and training, as well as bringing the brand to life through webinars, podcasts, and client events. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 yearsâ marketing campaign management experience (preferably in real estate or professional services), a degree in Marketing or a related field, and strong project management and communication skills. Hands-on experience with digital channels, CRM systems (HubSpot), and marketing tools such as Canva and Monday.com is required. Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Off Plan Marketing Manager to translate business goals into impactful campaigns
- Brief copywriters, designers, and production teams to create high-quality social, digital, video, and event content
- Project-manage campaign execution across multiple stakeholders using Monday.com
- Keep Off Plan content updated across web and social channels in collaboration with digital teams
- Track campaign performance and share insights to optimise marketing results
- Work directly with agents by providing templates, content ideas, training, and marketing tools
- Support the delivery of webinars, podcasts, client events, and other initiatives to bring the brand to life
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in marketing campaign management, preferably in real estate or professional services
- Degree in Marketing or related field
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Hands-on knowledge of digital channels and content creation
- Experience with marketing tools such as Monday.com and CRM systems (HubSpot a plus)
- Basic Canva or design skills considered a bonus
- Ability to work quickly, stay proactive, and bring positive energy to the team
