Job description
The Graphic Designer (Wellness Division Marketing & Visual Merchandising) role is responsible for delivering comprehensive creative and visual solutions that support marketing, customer engagement, and in-store brand presence within the wellness division. The position focuses on toolkit development by designing and assembling reusable guidelines, templates, and creative assets for consistent application across multiple platforms and customer touchpoints. The role develops in-store POS materials including displays, signage, and promotional graphics aligned with marketing objectives and brand identity. Responsibilities include creating brand-consistent social media visuals such as graphics, images, and short videos that align with campaign goals and messaging. The role maintains and updates brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials, collaborates closely with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams, and develops creative concepts that communicate the brand’s message effectively. The position manages production-ready design files with a strong focus on accuracy and quality control, incorporates stakeholder feedback, stays current with design trends and tools, and manages multiple concurrent design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced wellness marketing and visual merchandising environment.

- Design and assemble comprehensive toolkits including guidelines, templates, and creative assets for consistent customer connection across platforms and touchpoints
- Develop in-store POS materials such as displays, signage, and promotional graphics aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives
- Create engaging and brand-consistent visual content for social media platforms, including graphics, images, and short-form videos
- Maintain, update, and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual identity and messaging across all creative outputs
- Collaborate with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions
- Develop creative concepts and design solutions that clearly communicate brand messaging and engage target audiences
- Prepare and manage design files for production, ensuring accuracy, quality control, and readiness for print or digital deployment
- Incorporate internal and stakeholder feedback to refine and improve creative deliverables
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance creative output
Experience & skills
- Demonstrate a minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design with focus on toolkit development, POS materials, and social media content
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field, with relevant certifications or a master’s degree considered an advantage
- Show proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality visual designs
- Apply experience creating content for multiple social media platforms with understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends
- Demonstrate experience maintaining brand consistency and applying brand guidelines across multiple channels and materials
- Show ability to manage multiple design projects concurrently while meeting production timelines and quality standards
