Every Mashreq employee's laptop, virtual desktop, mobile device and collaboration tools depend on the End User Services function, and this SVP leads it. A global team of around 60 internal staff and vendor resources across the UAE, India, Pakistan and Egypt reports into the role, which is based full time in the office in the UAE. Scope covers desktop and laptop devices, IT asset lifecycle management, Citrix virtual desktop infrastructure, endpoint vulnerability management, Active Directory and Mobile Device Management. VIP and Trading (TGM) users need fast, reliable support, as do the messaging and collaboration tools used across the bank. Strategy for next-generation end user services is yours to shape and execute, with security and scalability built in. The work supports Mashreq's wider digital transformation and business growth. Vendor resources form part of the team, so their performance needs managing alongside internal staff. Senior experience leading end user technology in a large, multi-country organisation, ideally a bank, will be expected.
