Job description
The role serves as a liaison between the vendor and its channel partners, responsible for building, maintaining, and managing relationships with current and prospective partners while fostering trust and preventing channel conflict. Based in Jeddah, the position requires building strong and positive relationships with clients across various levels, supporting achievement of financial targets, responding quickly to partner queries and commercial quotation requests, and maintaining strong coordination with Customer Services and IPP teams. The duties include updating customer databases and pipeline information, providing regular updates to the Business Development Manager for assigned territories, achieving assigned sales quotas within designated strategic accounts, meeting profitability expectations, aligning with vendors on discounts and commercial terms, ensuring timely collection of payments for due invoices, meeting company breadth targets, and maintaining profitability of products sold. The role demands effective communication and management of channel partner activities to promote vendor performance and ensure company goal achievement, operating within a fast-paced and pressure-filled environment and demonstrating a strong passion for the technology industry.

Experience & skills
- Hold a diploma or degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Possess a minimum of 4 years of distribution channel sales experience
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate and manage channel partner efforts to promote vendor goals
- Show passion for working within the technology industry
- Be able to operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and strong customer and sales orientation
