Job description
The Manager of Mobile Communications Product in Dubai leads the strategy and execution of mobile core services for the enterprise segment. This hands-on role drives innovation in voice and data plans, customer retention initiatives, and AI-powered solutions like predictive churn analysis and Next Best Offer (NBO) models. The manager acts as a Product Owner, prioritizing features, managing backlogs, and collaborating closely with engineering, analytics, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver impactful enterprise mobility solutions that align with customer needs and business objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of mobile core services products, focusing on enterprise solutions
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI and ML for predictive analytics and personalized offerings
- Act as Product Owner: prioritize backlog, write user stories, and oversee feature delivery in Agile/Scrum environments
- Analyze customer pain points and launch data-driven solutions to enhance satisfaction
- Develop specialized voice and data plans, add-ons, and mobility services for enterprise customers
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor KPIs, revenue mix, and product performance
- Support pricing strategy formulation and revenue growth initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to keep offerings competitive
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, analytics, sales, and operations teams
- Track and report on KPIs including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue metrics
- Work independently as a hands-on contributor driving product initiatives forward
Experience & skills
- 8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably in telecommunications, e-commerce, or Fintech
- Proven track record of customer-centric solution delivery and revenue growth
- Strong technical understanding of mobile networks, billing systems, and platform APIs
- Expertise in data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and interpreting complex datasets
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello)
- Strategic thinking and innovation with focus on customer-centric solutions
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
