Job description
Reckitt runs its eCommerce and digital execution through the eRB function, a roughly 800 person team split across in-market, regional and global roles covering everything from Amazon to Direct to Consumer. This seat sits in the in-market side of that structure, owning Quick Commerce customers across the Middle East including Noon Minutes, Ninja and HungerStation. You manage the day-to-day commercial relationship with each account, carrying responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets through promotional planning and execution. Assortment expansion, visibility, distribution and availability all get pushed forward across customer platforms, backed by close work with Supply Chain and distributor teams to keep stock available and out-of-stock risk low. New product launches and customer-specific activation plans move through this role too, alongside pricing, promotions and digital shelf management for every assigned account. Sales and category performance get analyzed regularly to spot growth opportunities worth acting on. Business reviews happen on a set cadence, and joint growth plans get built with customers directly out of those conversations. Trade investment stays managed efficiently throughout, with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance and Demand Planning all factoring into how that budget gets spent.
