Job description
Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is hiring a Senior Recruiter in Riyadh to support talent acquisition needs across the Middle East, as part of its expanding EMEA recruitment team. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on professional services and consulting profiles, including Big 4 talent. Responsibilities also include managing graduate programs, attending career fairs, producing recruitment reports, and leveraging ATS/HRIS platforms. The recruiter will collaborate with the Dubai-based TA Director and wider EMEA team to deliver top talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting the company’s rapid regional growth.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, social media, company websites, and referrals
- Conduct research into target firms and industry sectors
- Maintain candidate and market data in Workday and Jobvite
- Produce recruitment progress reports for leadership
- Manage graduate and internship programs, including outreach and career fairs
- Build relationships with universities and educational institutions
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the interview process
- Support local and regional hiring needs across multiple service lines
- Promote A&M’s values of inclusivity and diversity in hiring
Experience & skills
- 6–10 years of recruitment experience in a professional services or consulting environment
- Strong resourcing skills with LinkedIn and social networks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, business, or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in HRIS/ATS (Workday, Jobvite)
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Hands-on, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
