Operational excellence across the country's logistics network depends on consistent performance monitoring, and this Senior Logistics Performance Analyst role exists to manage that oversight while influencing business decisions along the way. KPIs get monitored continuously, and analytical reports and dashboards get developed to keep performance visible across the business. You will analyze and derive insights from large, complex data sets, identifying and solving logistics performance problems using those insights. Future trends get identified based on past performance, improving operational efficiency across the network. Data, statistical models, and research get applied to detect trends and predict future outcomes from the insights gained. Local and regional stakeholders get engaged closely to define, design, and develop analytic solutions that improve optimization and mitigate risk. Data visualization and analytical tools get created and enhanced to support broader business goals. Performance Management projects, including post implementation support, get managed from planning through delivery.
