A deals marketplace, loyalty program and cashback feature barely exist yet inside Tabby's money app, and this Senior Product Designer role is what turns that gap into a product people open every day. You shape the design direction from its earliest stages, working almost from scratch on a new product area that will reach an audience of millions. Deep understanding of product logic and the business context behind every feature is expected from day one. You work closely with your Product Manager to unpack business requirements, reframe problems and turn them into design solutions that move business metrics while giving users something they genuinely enjoy. UX Researchers become day-to-day collaborators, helping validate hypotheses and ground decisions in real user insight. A UX Writer partners with you to craft clear, consistent product communication across the experience. Engineering stays close throughout delivery, and you own the quality of what actually ships to production. High ownership defines the role, and ambiguity is part of the territory in a genuine zero-to-one product space.
