Job description
The Head of Logistics – International Operations at Ajax Systems is responsible for full ownership of global logistics operations, ensuring end-to-end management of supply chain, fulfillment, and warehousing across multiple countries including Ukraine, Vietnam, Turkey, EU, North America, and UAE. The role requires designing, implementing, and managing robust logistics processes while ensuring best-in-class methods and solutions. The Head of Logistics leads and develops international logistics teams, drives automation of logistics processes and workplaces, ensures compliance with customs clearance regulations worldwide, and enables data-driven decision-making across all logistics functions. The position emphasizes continuous improvement, applying GTD principles for effective execution and prioritization, and supports the company’s mission of resilience and high-quality security system delivery. The role requires strong leadership skills to build high-performing teams, effective stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities, commercial and financial acumen to manage budgets and optimize costs, and analytical skills to assess and improve logistics networks. Proficiency in English and Ukrainian at C1 level or higher is required, with APICS certification, experience in TMS systems, and demonstrated success in designing and improving international logistics networks considered advantageous.

Key responsibilities
- Build, lead, and develop Ajax Systems’ international logistics team, fostering a high-performing culture and ensuring alignment with global operational objectives.
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end logistics processes, including warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution across multiple regions such as Ukraine, Vietnam, Turkey, EU, North America, and UAE.
- Ensure best-in-class logistics methods, processes, and solutions are applied across all functions, driving operational efficiency, compliance, and innovation.
- Drive automation of logistics processes and workplaces to increase productivity, reduce manual errors, and support data-driven decision-making across supply chain operations.
- Manage import and export logistics, oversee customs clearance compliance globally, and ensure smooth operations in adherence to international trade regulations.
- Monitor and optimize fulfillment and warehouse operations worldwide, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of inventory and shipments.
- Implement GTD principles and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance execution, prioritization, and operational performance across logistics functions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, negotiate effectively, manage budgets, and optimize costs while delivering measurable improvements to logistics networks.
Experience & skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management, including 3+ years in leadership or consulting roles managing international and cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing logistics teams with effective people management and organizational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, capable of establishing long-term partnerships and influencing at all levels.
- Commercially and financially astute, with experience managing budgets, optimizing costs, and improving supply chain efficiency.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, able to think critically and beyond standard frameworks to optimize logistics networks.
- Demonstrated leadership with a track record of designing and improving international logistics networks, fulfillment, and warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian at C1 level or higher, with APICS certification and TMS systems experience considered significant advantages.
- Strong results orientation, personal responsibility, ownership mentality, resilience, adaptability, and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced global logistics environment.
