Job description
Amazonās MENA Stores ā Fashion division is looking for a Marketing Manager (UAE National) to transform how millions of customers discover and shop for fashion. This role combines creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to design and execute innovative campaigns, seasonal launches, and exclusive product drops. The Marketing Manager will lead the creative vision for fashion events, craft customer-centric merchandising strategies, and use insights to create captivating digital experiences that drive engagement and revenue.

Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field.
- At least 2+ years of marketing and/or site merchandising experience.
- Fluent in Arabic (written and verbal).
- Experience in digital merchandising, marketing, or related field.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and interest in fashion.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel).
- Experience with merchandising tools/platforms such as Photoshop and Canva.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Strong command of digital marketing analytics platforms.
