Job description
The Senior Management Accountant at Huda Beauty serves as a key member of the finance team, responsible for preparing management accounts, overseeing group financial consolidations, and leading the Accounts Payable (AP) function. This hybrid role requires a combination of technical accounting expertise, leadership, and business acumen to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial operations. The successful candidate will support strategic decision-making through robust financial reporting and process improvement within a fast-paced, global beauty brand.

Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements for group entities
- Perform group-level consolidations and ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with IFRS
- Conduct variance analysis to highlight trends, business performance, and key drivers
- Collaborate with FP&A and finance leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans
- Manage and supervise the Accounts Payable team, ensuring timely and compliant invoice processing and payments
- Oversee supplier reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Implement and enhance internal controls, compliance, and automation within AP processes
- Review accruals, prepayments, provisions, and intercompany transactions for accuracy
- Support external and internal audits through timely preparation of documentation and schedules
- Ensure accurate general ledger maintenance and reconciliation across multiple entities
- Collaborate with Treasury to manage cash flow forecasts and payment runs
- Drive finance transformation initiatives, ERP optimization, and process harmonization across entities
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis, management presentations, and reports to support senior leadership
- Mentor and develop junior accountants, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred)
- 6–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a management accounting or supervisory role
- Experience in group consolidation, financial reporting, and management accounting within a multinational setup
- Strong technical understanding of IFRS and accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as MS Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Experience in FMCG, retail, or beauty industries preferred
