Job description
The Senior Manager - Destination Operations Planning will lead multi-modular mobility projects for Red Sea Global’s Mobility Company, ensuring robust systems, processes, and cross-functional coordination. This role bridges business needs, technology integration, procurement processes, and financial alignment to deliver strategic operational platforms that drive efficiency and profitability. Based in Hanak, the position involves high-level stakeholder engagement, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close complex mobility projects across multiple departments
- Lead cross-functional teams to align business, technology, procurement, and finance efforts
- Gather and translate business requirements into actionable plans and system specifications
- Coordinate technology design, development, integration, and testing with technical teams
- Oversee procurement processes including vendor selection, RFPs, and contract negotiations
- Ensure accurate financial data flows, cost tracking, and reporting
- Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain regular stakeholder communications with status reports and KPI tracking
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and audit requirements
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and systems
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering collaboration and efficiency
- Collaborate with procurement, HR, and operations to ensure organizational alignment
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of project management experience in complex, cross-functional settings
- Strong knowledge of ERP, CRM, and procurement systems
- Experience in business analysis, procurement, and financial/data integration
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, Asana, Excel, SAP, Power BI
- Proven ability to manage phased business transformation projects
- Strong financial acumen for budgeting, costing, and reporting
- Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
