Job description
Merger value from Emirates NBD's acquisition of RBL, in revenue, cost, operational and customer synergies, ultimately rests on the workstreams this Head of Integration oversees from Meydan, Dubai. Working as a key advisor to the overall Head of Integration, you turn the integration strategy and target operating model into executable plans across business, products, operations, technology and support functions. Product and customer proposition integration is a major area, covering portfolio optimization, pricing harmonization and channel decisions, with customer experience kept at the centre. Support functions from Operations and Contact Centre to Finance, HR, Procurement and Compliance move toward standardized processes, controls and service models under your direction. Governance forums, executive communications and Board-level reporting rely on your input. Risk oversight spans operational, technology, customer and regulatory exposures, with compliance, audit, legal and conduct obligations built into every activity. Synergy assumptions get challenged, benefits are monitored, and workstreams are held accountable when targets slip. Expect to bring 18 or more years of experience, including 8 in banking or financial services, 5 leading large transformation or integration programmes and mandatory M&A integration experience, ideally with a Retail Banking background in cards, loans and liabilities.
