Job description
Landmark Group runs one of the GCC's largest omnichannel retail operations, and Max Fashion, its flagship fashion brand out of Dubai, needs a steady hand on the logistics that keep stock moving across the region. This role leads strategic logistics projects from requirement definition through to implementation, tracking timely delivery and measurable results along the way. You'll dig into landed factor and landed cost, breaking down how freight, duty, routing and mode vary across suppliers, countries, categories and routes. Root cause analysis on cost variance feeds directly into recommendations for cost optimization, backed by scenario analysis and business cases that weigh the trade offs between different logistics variables. End to end shipment visibility sits high on the list too, covering ETD and ETA tracking, transit times, delays, exceptions and delivery performance. Dashboards and KPIs get built and maintained to give management clear visibility on cost, shipment performance, risk and service levels. Shipment risks get flagged early, with coordination across stakeholders to keep delays from turning into bigger problems. Cross functional teams and external logistics partners both fall under your remit, since project execution depends on keeping everyone aligned. Four or more years in logistics or supply chain, ideally within retail, fashion, FMCG or e-commerce, is expected, along with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and exposure to tools like Power BI, SAP, Oracle or RMS.
