Job description
Support the implementation of the QF-wide Corporate Risk Program by coaching QF entities to establish and maintain Risk Registers linked to Annual Plans within the integrated planning process; coach Risk Champions on issues related to their Risk Registers; research, recommend, and facilitate implementation of control self-assessment guidelines for entities to assess existing controls; and prepare drafts of the Risk Departmentâs regular reporting requirements for Senior Management and the Audit Committee. Research and develop presentations and other materials for ad-hoc risk management activities; develop, research, and implement enhancements to the RMIS and Power BI reports by verifying systems functionality to meet risk reporting requirements (e.g., for SMT), uploading Annual Plans during the annual LTP process, supervising Risk Champions across the Foundation to ensure access and training on the systems, and facilitating regular RMIS maintenance while working with the vendor to implement enhancements. Compare QFâs Risk Management framework to ISO 31000 and COSOâs new ERM standard to enhance alignment with leading practices; research relevant risk management thought leadership material to share with Risk Champions and stakeholders; facilitate entity Risk Champions trainings and provide step-by-step instructions to update risk registers to build a robust risk-aware culture. Research, develop, and facilitate the implementation of QFâs Fraud Risk Management Framework; engage with PD to verify key suppliers are required to provide evidence of Risk & BCM ideally prior to contract as part of the standard procurement process; and perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Risk Manager or Risk Management Lead. The role includes daily responsibilities for RMIS/PBI reporting integrity, Annual Plan uploads during the LTP process, supervision and training of Risk Champions, and cross-Foundation coordination to ensure risk reporting, governance alignment, and continuous improvement of risk systems and frameworks.

- Research, recommend, and facilitate implementation of control self-assessment guidelines for entities to evaluate existing controls
- Prepare drafts of periodic risk reports for Senior Management and the Audit Committee
- Research and develop presentations and materials to support ad-hoc risk management activities
- Verify RMIS and PBI reporting systems are functioning to meet risk reporting requirements (e.g., SMT) and implement needed enhancements
- Upload Annual Plans into RMIS during the annual LTP process and ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Supervise Risk Championsâ access and training on RMIS/PBI and facilitate regular RMIS maintenance with the vendor
- Compare QFâs Risk Management framework to ISO 31000 and COSO ERM and recommend enhancements to align with leading practices
- Research and disseminate risk management thought leadership to Risk Champions and stakeholders
- Facilitate Risk Champions trainings to foster a risk-aware culture across entities

Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration or a relevant discipline
- 2â5 years of relevant work experience
- Very good analytical skills to guide development of risk registers, action plans, and related metrics
- Very good time management skills with organized and practical approach
- Teamwork and cooperation
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and writing skills with ability to prepare varied written reports
- Arabic proficiency preferred
- General proficiency in technology applications; proficiency in MS Office applications
