Job description
Binance seeks an HR Business Partner (UAE, Dubai; full-time, remote) to support a rapidly growing, global blockchain ecosystem and the worldâs largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume and registered users. The role partners with designated functions to align HR policies with business goals and provide strategic expertise across organization development, global compensation and benefits, performance and talent development. Responsibilities include performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions), improving work relationships to build morale, productivity and retention, managing and resolving complex employee relations issues through thorough and objective investigations, identifying training needs for business units and executive coaching needs, consulting and advising partnered teams to drive improvements, and providing guidance on department structure, workforce planning and succession planning for a rapidly growing team. The HRBP also ensures working knowledge of HR operations including new-hire onboarding, facilitating performance evaluations, and data consolidation/management of employee workload balance, along with knowledge of employment law across multiple European countries. Success requires strong professionalism to partner with senior team members, logical communication and a strategic problem-solving mindset, the ability to operate in a fast-moving environment, and familiarity with large department functions. - Deliver performance management guidance to line managers, including coaching, counselling, career development and disciplinary actions.
- Improve work relationships by collaborating with management and employees to build morale, productivity and retention.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Identify training needs for business units and assess executive coaching needs to support leadership effectiveness.
- Consult and advise partnered teams on HR best practices and drive continuous improvements.
- Guide department structure design, workforce planning and succession planning for rapidly scaling teams.
- Support HR operations including new-hire onboarding, facilitating performance evaluations and consolidating HR data to manage workload balance.
- Apply knowledge of employment law across multiple European countries to ensure compliant HR practices in relevant jurisdictions.
Experience & skills
- Possess 5â8 years of relevant experience across multiple HR disciplines, including performance management, high-performance culture building, employee relations, employee engagement and diversity.
- Demonstrate strong professionalism and stakeholder management capability to partner effectively with senior team members.
- Show knowledge of employment law across multiple European countries.
- Exhibit working knowledge of HR operations including onboarding, performance evaluation facilitation and HR data consolidation/workload balance management.
- Communicate logically with a strategic, problem-solving mindset and operate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly growing company.
- Bring experience working with large department functions (strong plus).
