The Revenue Manager (Hospitality Revenue Optimization & Distribution Strategy) at Accor is a high-impact role focused on driving revenue growth across a global portfolio of over 45 brands, 5,600 hotels, and 10,000 restaurants operating in 110 countries. The role is responsible for formulating and executing revenue management strategies, optimizing pricing strategies and channel performance, and maximizing profitability across all revenue centers. The position involves managing inventory, conducting revenue forecasting, and collaborating with executive leadership on pricing decisions. The role requires strong expertise in revenue management principles, RevPAR optimization, and distribution landscape knowledge, including online travel agencies and distribution networks. The Revenue Manager works closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Front Office, and Reservations teams to ensure alignment of revenue goals and operational execution. The role involves leveraging sector-leading tools such as the IDeaS Revenue Management Platform and IDeaS G3, along with Excel and reporting tools, to analyze data, monitor competitor pricing, and evaluate market trends. Responsibilities include ensuring data quality management and system hygiene across revenue management and distribution systems, as well as optimizing e-distribution channels and reservation systems. The role contributes to internal and external revenue management communities of practice, mentors junior team members, and supports continuous learning through programs such as Accor’s Revenue Management Academy certification. The position demands strong analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and expertise in reservation systems, sales processes, and international hospitality operations, while working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and globally connected environment.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies for the hotel by optimizing pricing strategies, inventory management, and distribution channels to maximize revenue growth and profitability across all revenue centers
- Monitor competitor pricing analysis and market trend analysis continuously, adjusting pricing strategies and revenue tactics to maintain competitive positioning and improve market share within the defined competitive set
- Lead weekly and bi-weekly Revenue Management meetings by presenting insights derived from reporting tools, Excel analysis, and revenue management systems, ensuring data-driven decision-making across stakeholders
- Develop topline revenue forecasting models and conduct detailed data analysis to identify opportunities for incremental revenue and profit growth while aligning forecasts with business objectives and executive expectations
- Conduct regular performance reviews of revenue metrics including RevPAR optimization, occupancy, and average daily rate, while refining pricing strategies and inventory allocation to improve performance outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Front Office, and Reservations teams to align revenue goals, optimize reservation systems, and ensure efficient execution of sales processes and distribution strategies
- Leverage expertise in e-distribution channels, online travel agencies, and distribution networks to enhance channel performance, optimize hotel visibility, and maximize revenue opportunities across digital platforms
- Ensure data quality management and system hygiene across revenue management systems, including IDeaS Revenue Management Platform and IDeaS G3, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to revenue management community practices
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 1 to 3 years of experience in revenue management roles within the hospitality industry or similar environments
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in revenue management principles, pricing strategies, inventory management, and revenue forecasting with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and optimize RevPAR
- Possess hands-on experience with revenue management systems including IDeaS Revenue Management Platform and IDeaS G3, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and decision-making
- Exhibit deep understanding of e-distribution channels, online travel agencies, and distribution networks, including the ability to manage digital channel performance and optimize revenue opportunities
- Apply strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills to interpret complex datasets, monitor competitor pricing analysis, and evaluate market trend analysis for strategic adjustments
- Demonstrate knowledge of reservation systems and sales processes, ensuring effective coordination with reservations and front office teams to optimize booking performance and customer experience
- Show experience working in fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environments, preferably within international hotel chains, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail
- Maintain fluency in English and demonstrate capability to contribute to global revenue management initiatives, mentor junior staff, and engage with internal and external stakeholders in revenue management community practices
