Job description
The Sr. Associate Workforce Software (Senior SuccessFactors Developer) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay and Compensation solutions within the automotive finance and accounting domain. Based onsite in Riyadh, the role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The incumbent ensures system integration, compliance with best practices, performance optimization, and continuous enhancement of HR compensation systems. The position also includes mentoring junior developers, conducting workshops, and partnering with finance stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic business objectives.

- Develop and implement SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay and Compensation solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration

Experience & skills
- 8–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Variable Pay and Compensation modules
- Strong domain expertise in automotive finance and accounting
- Proven experience in system integration and technical solution design
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and performance optimization skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh with potential travel requirements
