Job description
The Senior Technical Consultant plays a key leadership role in delivering complex Salesforce and enterprise cloud solutions to clients across the Middle East. This position combines deep technical expertise, solution architecture, and client engagement to design, implement, and optimize CRM and integration projects. The consultant acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring Salesforce technologies are seamlessly embedded into the clientâs enterprise ecosystem through best-in-class design, integration, and release management. The role also includes risk management, mentorship of junior consultants, and driving customer success through technical innovation and business alignment. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Arabic, has hands-on Salesforce implementation experience, and demonstrates the ability to guide large organizations through digital transformation using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical design, architecture, and integration of Salesforce with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, and middleware)
- Develop scalable front-end and back-end solutions aligned with business requirements and Salesforce best practices
- Drive end-to-end project delivery, from technical requirements gathering to solution deployment and post-launch support
- Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor to clients, ensuring seamless delivery and high client satisfaction (CSAT)
- Create technical and architectural documentation including design blueprints, data models, and integration frameworks
- Troubleshoot complex implementation issues and drive them to resolution while maintaining service excellence
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives with Salesforce solutions
- Develop and manage release management processes, CI/CD pipelines, and change management frameworks
- Provide mentorship and technical leadership to junior consultants and contribute to internal practice growth initiatives
- Stay current on emerging Salesforce technologies and evangelize best practices to clients and colleagues
- Deliver presentations, workshops, and solution demonstrations to client executives and technical teams
- Travel to client sites as needed (~50%) to support project delivery and relationship management
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of enterprise consulting experience implementing CRM or ERP solutions
- 2+ years as an Architect or Senior Developer leading large-scale technical implementations
- Proven expertise in Salesforce architecture, development, and integration
- Experience in enterprise architecture domains such as SSO, middleware, and data management
- Proficiency in integration tools and APIs for cloud and on-premise systems
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation abilities
- Salesforce certifications highly preferred (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Advanced Administrator, Marketing Cloud)
- Ability to travel for client engagements (approx. 50%)
