Job description
The Manager - CCU Shift Management at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for leading and overseeing Control and Command Unit (CCU) operations during assigned shifts within a fast-paced entertainment and leisure destination environment. The role ensures operational effectiveness, safety compliance, seamless communication, and delivery of a world-class guest experience. The position involves supervising CCU staff, coordinating communication across shifts, monitoring operational activities, analyzing performance metrics, and leading incident response and resolution efforts. The manager serves as the primary point of contact during incidents, maintains accurate operational records, conducts assessments of operational procedures, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborates with multiple departments to ensure integrated operations and guest service delivery. This role plays a critical part in maintaining high operational standards, safety culture, and real-time decision-making within a dynamic control and command environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage Control and Command Unit operations during assigned shifts in compliance with operational protocols
- Lead and coordinate CCU staff across shifts to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Monitor operational activities and analyze data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments
- Act as the primary point of contact during incidents, ensuring timely response, resolution, and stakeholder communication
- Conduct regular assessments of operational procedures and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate shift briefings and debriefings to align objectives and disseminate critical operational information
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to incidents, audits, and operational activities for management review
- Promote safety culture and adherence to company policies across CCU teams
- Collaborate with internal departments to support integrated operations and guest service delivery
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operational management
- At least 2 years of leadership experience within a control or command environment
- Experience managing high-paced operational environments
- Experience overseeing incident response and operational coordination
