Job description
The role is part of Visa’s CEMEA Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) team and focuses on Commercial & Money Movement Solutions (CMS), a strategic growth area expanding beyond C2B consumer payments into broader money movement flows across B2B, B2C, P2P, G2C, and G2B segments. Responsibilities include leading CMS implementation work across CEMEA, covering platform development, client management, business development, and end-to-end project delivery. The job requires executing CMS strategies, driving full product launches from planning to deployment, and managing technical integrations with banking systems including core banking platforms, APIs, and third-party services. The role includes developing platform KPIs, tracking implementation outcomes, and planning consulting and go-to-market activities with Country Managers and Account Executives. Additional responsibilities include creating project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for CMS launch and sales acceleration programs, serving as the primary stakeholder contact during implementations, monitoring post-launch performance, leading client workshops on implementation readiness and technical feasibility, collaborating with Visa Sales, Product, and Marketing teams, developing pitches and proposals for new consulting assignments, evolving CMS offerings based on client needs, and potentially working onsite to manage implementation of consulting recommendations, campaigns, product migrations, and value propositions. The role also involves resolving complex strategic problems, synthesizing ambiguous client situations, leading CMS introductory workshops, supporting pitches and scoping, and sharing best practices with consulting teams globally.
