Job description
The Manager Data Analysis and Reporting for Mobility Systems at Red Sea Global (Division: Operations; Department: Mobility) is responsible for measuring and optimizing operational performance, processes, KPIs, and SLAâs across multi-modal operations. The role includes strategic planning, data analysis, performance management, and delivering inputs via reporting for continuous improvement to ensure effective and efficient delivery of mobility operations and services to guests, staff, and other authorized users. The incumbent creates measurements and metrics and develops multiple performance management dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and any other available tools by clubbing different data elements. Core activities include producing monthly outcome and performance indicator dashboards and weekly enrollment reports; supporting department leads and program directors with outcome reports (operational performance, improvements, KPIs, productivity, Finance reports) for internal or external reviews; assisting with developing data visualizations and presentations (graphs, tables, dashboards) drawing on programmatic and secondary data sources; identifying and supporting data source gathering, calculating baselines, setting targets, and benchmarks; providing coaching to staff on understanding data reports and progress toward department goals; supporting development of a cycle of improvement through data coaching for improved reporting and RACI; leading and managing day-to-day mobility systems and operations dashboards to ensure correct data elements represent the state of operations and exceptions; developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the dynamic mobility industry; identifying data inaccuracies, highlighting reliable and unreliable data elements, and suggesting improvements to avoid recurrence; identifying trends and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency; collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to address operational business problems and use data to enhance customer service, increase operational efficiency, and improve KPIs in the mobility space; providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance team performance; fostering a collaborative and results-driven team culture within mobility services; championing continuous improvement; identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation for mobility services; establishing KPIs for operations within mobility systems; monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and providing regular reports; implementing corrective actions to address operational challenges specific to mobility; and performing any other duties as directed by management. Qualifications include a Bachelorâs degree in a relevant field (masterâs is a plus) with 8â10 yearsâ proven experience in operations and service delivery within the mobility or professional services industry; proficiency in Power BI and other data analytics, mining, performance metrics tools and dynamic reporting; demonstrated proficiency in coordinating service delivery operations (scheduling, routing, logistics management); familiarity with transportation management software and tools to streamline operations and data management; and proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a safe work environment and confidentiality and meeting regular and prompt office attendance requirements.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorâs degree in a relevant field; a masterâs degree is a plus
- Have 8â10 yearsâ proven experience in operations and service delivery within the mobility or professional services industry
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills in the context of mobility services
- Show analytical and strategic thinking abilities with deep understanding of the mobility industry and data
- Be proficient in Power BI and other data analytics, mining, performance metrics tools, and dynamic reporting
- Demonstrate proficiency in coordinating service delivery operations, including scheduling, routing, and logistics management
- Be familiar with transportation management software and tools to streamline operations and data management
- Exhibit proficiency in data analysis and reporting to make informed decisions and optimize service delivery operations
- Organize and prioritize multiple activities to meet all external and internal deadlines while maintaining regular and prompt office attendance
