Job description
Quality Manager role in Riyadh within Turner & Townsendâs Real Estate division, responsible for managing Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) across multiple high-rise tower construction projects at different stages of the project lifecycle, including early-stage development support, pre-construction, construction, and handover to operations. The role operates within a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in 60+ countries, delivering programme, project, cost, asset, and commercial management services in real estate, infrastructure, energy, and natural resources sectors. The Quality Manager ensures that quality control processes and procedures are planned, developed, and implemented to meet customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including ISO and API standards. The role involves coordinating project teams, external consultants, contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication, cooperation, and coordination across all project interfaces. It requires maintaining continuous quality reporting, organizing quality meetings, documenting minutes and actions, and ensuring proper project documentation control. The role supports procurement and tendering processes for small works packages and integrates technical design inputs into final project design. It also involves using internal digital systems for project tracking, safety management, contract management, and risk management. The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality policy is communicated, understood, and implemented by staff, identifying conditions affecting quality performance, and initiating corrective and preventive actions to avoid non-conformities. The role requires strong experience in complex construction environments, particularly high-rise developments, and involves driving quality excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across all project phases.
