Job description
Under general supervision, provides well site service to customers. Applies content learned through the formal training program in fluids chemistry, volume and hydraulics calculations, routine and specialized testing, separation equipment theory and application, and well site service delivery. Works directly with both fluids and equipment supervisors and technical professionals. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of company products and services, rig operations, and fluids, separation, and waste management technologies and related processes. Performs in a professional manner as a Halliburton representative, maintaining good working relationship with operator's representative and rig personnel. Conducts and interprets results of routine and specialized testing to provide technical solutions. Operates and maintains separation and waste management equipment. Tracks inventory of palletized and bulk products and equipment spares. Mentors junior employees and complies with HSE regulations.

Key responsibilities
- Provide well site service to customers under general supervision.
- Apply knowledge in fluids chemistry, hydraulics, and volume calculations.
- Perform and interpret routine and specialized fluid testing.
- Operate and maintain separation and waste management equipment.
- Demonstrate understanding of fluid performance and its relation to equipment operation.
- Track inventory of products and spares based on drilling programs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Act as a Halliburton representative maintaining professional relationships onsite.
- Mentor junior employees and support their technical development.
- Participate in quality improvement processes.
Experience & skills
- Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Chemistry.
- Completion of Baroid Core Training Course at Halliburton or equivalent program.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Fluid Engineer.
- Solid knowledge of oil-based and water-based drilling fluids.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Willingness to rotate shifts and work outside home country.
