The Senior Manager, Global Collaborations & Partnerships at Huda Beauty is a culture-driven, high-impact leadership role responsible for conceptualizing and managing all global partnerships that elevate the brand’s visibility and cultural resonance. Reporting directly to senior leadership within the Global Marketing division, the role focuses on identifying, securing, and executing high-profile collaborations with celebrities, cultural icons, and leading brands across fashion, entertainment, and creative industries. The successful candidate will drive the full lifecycle of each collaboration — from ideation and negotiation to co-creation, production, and global rollout — ensuring all partnerships align with Huda Beauty’s disruptive, inclusive, and community-first ethos. This position requires a visionary strategist and relationship builder with deep expertise in global brand collaborations, strong creative instincts, and the ability to translate cultural trends into commercially impactful partnerships. The Senior Manager will serve as both a creative leader and operational driver, managing multiple stakeholders across Product Development, Legal, Communications, and Marketing while maintaining seamless execution and brand consistency. The role demands someone with a founder’s mindset — agile, entrepreneurial, and passionate about driving brand innovation through authentic, culturally relevant partnerships that build long-term brand equity.

- Develop and execute Huda Beauty’s global collaborations and partnership strategy across celebrity, fashion, entertainment, and cultural sectors.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact brand collaborations that align with Huda Beauty’s values and growth objectives.
- Lead all stages of partnership execution including ideation, negotiation, contracting, co-creation, production, and rollout.
- Build and maintain a robust international network of celebrity agents, talent managers, and brand representatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Product Development, Communications, Social Media, Marketing, and Legal to ensure alignment and flawless execution.
- Drive the legal and contractual process to secure IP rights, content usage terms, and commercial agreements.
- Serve as an external brand ambassador for Huda Beauty, representing the company authentically with industry stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of global cultural, fashion, and entertainment trends to identify new collaboration opportunities and emerging talent.
- Develop KPIs for each collaboration, track performance, and analyze awareness, engagement, and media impact metrics.
- Benchmark Huda Beauty’s collaborations against industry leaders to identify innovation opportunities and maintain competitive edge.
- Translate performance data and cultural insights into actionable strategies to enhance future collaborations.
- Champion inclusivity and creative storytelling across all partnership initiatives, ensuring authenticity and community alignment.
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in celebrity partnerships, talent management, brand collaborations, or entertainment marketing.
- Proven track record managing high-profile global partnerships from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of how culture, celebrity influence, and brand storytelling drive business impact.
- Strong global network across entertainment, fashion, and creative industries.
- Expert negotiation skills and familiarity with contract management, IP rights, and production oversight.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with high emotional intelligence.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to quantify performance and partnership value.
- Experience working cross-functionally within fast-paced, entrepreneurial organizations.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media ecosystems and how they influence modern brand collaborations.
- Passion for beauty, culture, and creative innovation — beauty industry experience preferred but not essential.
