Job description

Wipro seeks a Project Manager - L2 to lead large-scale infrastructure programs and projects, with preference for candidates experienced in Facilities programs. The role requires end-to-end Infrastructure Program and Project Management, including stakeholder and vendor management, risk and issue management, project reporting, and governance. Responsibilities include planning, execution, and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget; negotiating and monitoring vendor contracts and service levels; evaluating and selecting new infrastructure vendors to align with business standards; supporting RFx phases with the Product team and scheduling procurement activities across the product lifecycle; leading change management to ensure seamless infrastructure updates or migrations; overseeing incident management for rapid resolution of system performance issues; developing, tracking, and managing project budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality; assisting with Total Cost of Ownership preparation with the Product team; and engaging business leaders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to define infrastructure needs, manage expectations, and deliver tailored solutions aligned to operational goals.
