Job description
The Manager, Business Administration (West Arabia Division) at Mastercard in Saudi Arabia supports the West Arabia Division President and Management Team in executing the overall business agenda. The role focuses on establishing an analytics-based commercial mindset, driving efficiencies across key activities and processes, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities include coordinating and analyzing portfolio and account-level analytics in collaboration with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Country/Cluster teams to ensure performance against Sales Incentive Plan KPIs and driving cost efficiencies. The role manages data and reporting, provides governance for marketing and customer engagement initiatives, and supports process mapping and re-engineering projects to enhance operational efficiency. The Manager coordinates and tracks actions across business forums, including Management Team Meetings, Marketing Governance, Deal Pipeline Reviews, and Merchant Review Forums. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with policies and risk processes, manages event planning and execution, and serves as an administrative liaison across internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong consulting, analytical, and communication skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and adherence to corporate security responsibilities for managing Mastercard assets, information, and networks.

Key responsibilities
- Provide support in establishing an analytics-based commercial mindset through portfolio/account-level analytics, Sales Incentive Plan tracking, and corrective action execution in collaboration with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Country/Cluster leads.
- Drive cost management and efficiency initiatives across the West Arabia Division, recommending and coordinating execution of specific actions to achieve financial and operational excellence.
- Coordinate and manage West Arabia business forums including Management Team Meetings, Marketing Governance Forums, Deal Pipeline Reviews, and Merchant Review Forums, ensuring timely delivery of post-meeting actions.
- Support the implementation of structured sales processes and disciplines across the division, including prospecting, account planning, pipeline management, structured RFP responses, and expert sales presentations.
- Manage West Arabia Management Information, competitive benchmarking reports, weekly and monthly reporting, and ad-hoc information requests from senior regional and global stakeholders.
- Conduct functional process mapping, identify efficiency improvement opportunities, and lead process re-engineering initiatives to enhance business operations.
- Ensure compliance with risk, franchise development, and business continuity policies, including timely issue escalation and closure.
- Support planning and execution of annual customer engagement events and monthly team meetings, including logistics, coordination, and tracking of follow-up actions.
- Provide general administrative support including agenda management, meeting coordination, and travel logistics planning.
- Maintain corporate security responsibilities by adhering to Mastercard security policies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information, reporting suspected violations, and completing mandatory security trainings.
Experience & skills
- Undergraduate degree; MBA desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in financial modeling and business process analysis.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven decision-making and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking capability.
